Gerrie Ebersohn completed his studies at the University of the Free State, Gerrie achieved his LLD degree in 2002, demonstrating early on his commitment to academic excellence and deep legal understanding. He began his career as an Associate Attorney at Hofmeyr Herbstein & Ghiwala Inc. (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr), where he honed his skills in commercial law and litigation.

Lizel van Deventer joined the firm in 2015 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Associate in 2018 and taking on the role of Director in April 2019. Michelle obtained her LLB Degree from North West University in 2011, ranking among the top 15% of students on her campus, which led to her induction into the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society. After completing her articles, Michelle was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2014 and quickly gained her Right of Appearance in the High Court.
